Using too much ink is one of the things that you should watch out for. This could be because of either using a lot of product on the commodity or even that the ink is too thinned you. That is the reason that it is advisable for you to test the ink on a few test sheets so that you can be sure of the quality. If you find it is too much, then you need to use less pressure when doing a print.

Using less ink is also a problem. When copying on surfaces such as seams and collars, you ought to strive to use plates covered in neoprene fabric, or you could also try to print on a softer base. In other cases, you might find that the scene you are using could be clogged. You should, therefore, try rubbing the underside using a wet towel and after that try out a screen test paint to make it clear out.

Make sure the client has seen the samples and approved before you get into the full printing of the final copies. Simple mistakes like misspelling a word can cost you a lot if you have to undo the whole print because of that. Watch out for these common mistakes when you print. However, though the task might seem to be difficult at first do not forget that practice makes perfect and with time, you will be able to do the procedure with ease.
